Libby has almost two decades of experience in handling complex litigation matters, including all facets of real estate and business disputes, debt collection, consumer finance, creditor bankruptcy representation, landlord-tenant disputes, and civil rights matters. Libby has exceptional advocacy skills and provides clients with high quality representation in an efficient and effective manner.
Libby is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts in California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also represented clients in numerous mediations and arbitration proceedings.
Libby received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1994. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in Economics-Business. While at the University of California, Los Angeles, Libby was on the Dean's Honors List and in the UCLA College Honors Program.
